सराफ़AI is accounting software built for one trade only — the gold and silver shop. Not a general ledger with a jewellery skin on it, but a book that already knows what touch, fine, badla and khar mean.

Why it exists

A goldsmith’s counter runs on two books at once. There is metal, in grams and at a purity, and there is money, in rupees. A single exchange touches the customer’s account, the shop’s stock, the cash drawer and the day book — and most shops still write all four by hand, at night, from memory.

General accounting software does not help, because it quietly treats gold as if it were money. That single shortcut is where the errors come from.

What we set out to do

• You write the deal, nothing else. What came in, at what touch, what went back. The customer’s account, the stock, the cash drawer and the day book correct themselves.
• The same books everywhere. Counter computer, your phone, your staff’s phone — one set of figures, right down to bill numbers that never collide.
• Nothing is assumed. The app never invents a rate. What you type is what applies.
• Say it in plain words. Every screen explains what it is about to do to your accounts before it does it.
• Buy only what you work in. A shop without a refinery should not pay for one, so modules are sold on their own.

How we work

We are a small team. The people who write the software are the people who answer the phone, which is deliberate — it keeps us honest about what actually breaks.

Two things we hold to:

• Your books are never held back. Even after a plan expires you can open the app, read every record, print old bills and take a complete backup. We do not lock your accounts to make you pay.
• Deleted is never gone. Every deletion keeps a permanent copy of what was removed, who removed it and when — so a mistake at the counter can always be traced.
